Every urgent order lives in one planner’s head

An aviation logistics firm moves oversize cargo ordered by WhatsApp, phone and email. We built a plan the planner can talk to, and the planner applies every change.

One planner holds the whole day

Orders for oversize cargo arrive by WhatsApp, phone and email to one planner who knows every customer. Urgent jobs stay in one head, the plan is built by hand each evening, and a delay means rebuilding it call by call.

The planner knows every customer and builds tomorrow’s plan each evening. The software reads email only, so messages and calls stay in one person’s head.

The planner changes the plan in plain words

After an accident and a late engine, the planning agent reads the live map, asks the customer and proposes a plan that keeps every job on time; the planner reviews and applies it. Illustrative workflow with sample data.

Each message becomes an order line linked to its source, and the agent asks when size, weight or ready time is missing. The planner asks for changes in English or Chinese, sees what goes late and applies the fix.
