Twenty years of a travel agency’s email, and nobody could search it
About 400,000 emails held the agency’s past quotes, suppliers and agreements. We set out to rebuild them into records where every fact links to the email it came from.

Knowledge stayed with whoever held the thread, and questions about past quotes could not be answered.
AI proposes, people decide
Nothing becomes final until a person accepts it. Lookup does not use AI; it returns past cases with reasons, or says plainly that there are none.

The project reached staging in July 2026 on a first few thousand threads. It was paused in August 2026 when the client turned to an ERP, never had a production user, and the code was removed in October 2026.
