CORPORATE SERVICES

Two thousand clients, five markets, and documents chased in every one

A corporate services group with about 200 staff serves more than 2,000 clients across five markets. We built a workbench where each client has one conversation and a named person confirms every commitment.

Nine firms keep separate records

Today: one client group has entities in several markets, and each market keeps separate records and chases documents on its own. A due date nears and nothing happens; a general assistant keeps no records.

Documents are chased in every market, and nothing happens as a due date nears. A general assistant keeps no records of either.

Routine goes out, commitments wait

A staff member asks the agent to open the annual returns; routine document requests go out, and the fee note waits until she reviews and approves it. Illustrative workflow with fictional client data.

Staff give instructions such as “open the annual return for every Hong Kong entity”. Nothing is sent or committed without a person.

One conversation per client

The client workbench: a matter timeline across channels on the left, the agent's work log in the middle with a draft card to confirm, edit or discard, and a tax question referred to a named person. Illustrative workflow, sample data.

Each matter shows its timeline, the agent’s steps and the draft a staff member confirms, edits or discards.

Where it stands

The demonstration is built, with fictional client groups and simulated channels. The kick-off is scheduled; the workbench does not yet run on the group’s own clients.

Talk to us

Bring one client’s matters with the names removed, and we will show what the agent would have done and where it stopped.
