ABOUT REDESIGN
We build AI agents and the business systems they run on
Redesign is a brand of Section5 Intelligence Pte. Ltd. Our engineers have run ERP, booking and dispatch systems themselves, in travel agencies, clinics and logistics yards.
Who we are
We are a small engineering team. The engineer who scopes a workflow is the one who builds it and the one who picks up the phone afterwards; there is no account layer in between. We build the agents and, when a business needs them, the ERP, CRM and phone systems underneath.
What we hold to
FIRST
Start with the operation
Before we talk about agents, we learn the people, their decisions and where the work fails today.
THEN
Prove it on real work
We test with the business’s real enquiries, permissions and exceptions, and the staff check every output.
ALWAYS
Build it to be run
If an agent cannot explain what it did, or a manager cannot change a rule without calling us, the work is not finished.

One recurring problem and the person who owns it is enough. We come back within a working day.
